• Worked with the Ministery of Education at the National Council of Educational Research and Training on various projects
  
• Led a funding and restoration project for the Government of India for a State recognized historical building - Katrasgardh Fort

• Conceptualized the Montessori-based child-centric environment. Designed and implemented 'learning while playing' at the Kindergarten level, implementing the 'Concept of Abstract to Concrete' through the Montessori tools
  
• Introduced the concept of Fun n Learn Park with the sand pit and clay modeling
  
• Introduced Fun and Learn- 'Yes-I-Can' leadership camps
